Modular Clean Rooms Providing Extra Contamination Control Environment

Manufacturing facilities are constantly changing as per products change and requirement . The use of modular cleanrooms allow for facility changes as per manufacturing requirements change.

Grekon Infra Projects providing Clean Rooms with 100% customized for your needs. These Clean Rooms can be small or very large are used in practically every industry where small particles can adversely affect the manufacturing process. They vary in size and complexity, and are used extensively in industries such as Electricals, Electronics, Automobiles, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical device and life sciences, as well as critical process manufacturing common in aerospace, optics, military and Department of Energy and other fields that are very sensitive to environmental contamination.

Modular Clean Rooms Benefits:

  1. Flexible design and configurations.
  2. Easily modified as per requirements changes.
  3. Economical design and construction costs.
  4. Prefabrication decreases construction time and efforts.
  5. Consistent quality.
  6. More Cleaner than conventional construction.
  7. Quick and Easy installation.
  8. Filtration from Class ISO 4 to ISO 8.

Modular Cleanroom Features:

  1. Cleanroom Sizes: Custom designed to meet process and space utilization requirements.
  2. Frame Construction: Standard framing uses anodized aluminum powder-coat white for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical applications.
  3. Finish: Powder-coated white or as per requirements.
  4. Filtration System: Outside air intake (35%/85% efficiency stages), return air re-circulation and HEPA filters efficient to 0.3 microns or larger.
  5. Entrance Type: PVC strips, storefront door style, full glass vision door, automatic sliders or high speed roll-up doors.
  6. Panels: Depending on the application, modular wall panels are available in Pre-painted or powder –coated Steel, aluminum, UPVC and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) are available.
  7. Wiring: Wire studs between panels for electrical and data wiring and modular wiring without wire studs for electrical, data, process gases or compressed air.
  8. Lighting:Sealed fixtures, energy efficient ballast, low energy bulbs, and flush-mounted to ceiling and if needed side-panels. For photolithography applications, UV-filtering lighting systems are available.

A clean room is a controlled environment that has a low level of pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors. To be exact, a clean room has a controlled level of contamination that is specified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size. The ambient air outside in a typical city environment contains 35,000,000 particles per cubic meter, 0.5 mm and larger in diameter, corresponding to an ISO 9 clean room which is at the lowest level of clean room standards.
